Job Description
The Mandarin Multilingual Professional will be primarily responsible in supporting either Human Resources or Finance and Accounting processes. For HR processes, this will encompass employee data management, payroll, compensation & benefits and time & expense. For F&A processes, this will encompass balance sheet reconciliation, general accounting, procurement, and general ledger.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holders in any field are preferred.
- Vocational/Associate degree holders, college undergraduates, and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- At least six (6) months of work experience in a BPO/IT-enabled industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Mandarin Chinese and English as a language.
- For non-native Mandarin Chinese speakers, an HSK Level 4 Certification or up is an advantage.
- Willing to work in either of the following:
- Quezon City (Eastwood Libis and UP Ayala Technohub)
- Ortigas
- Makati
- Taguig (Bonifacio Global City)
- Laguna (Nuvali, Sta. Rosa)
- Naga
- Cebu.
- Willing to work in either day, mid, and/or night shift schedules.
