Job Description
- Monitors and evaluates performance and progress of agents.
- Provides learning solutions that develop the performance of agents.
- Monitors transactions/ calls and provides coaching to agents when needed.
- Participates calibration session with team leader, campaign head and clients.
- Develops and designs training modules and material.
- Facilitates training for new hires.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of College / 2-yr vocational course (any course);
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst is required for this position;
- Willing to work in Cebu City,
