Job Description
- Will conduct market research and look for potential partners for the company
- Contact businesses by telephone / email in order to solicit sales by introducing products or services
- Identify the business to a sales lead
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of prospects from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations
- Nurture a marketing lead to a sales lead by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with the prospects, and maintaining them over time
- Maintain records of contact information and marketing database
- Answer telephone calls from prospects who have been solicited through sales activities
- Responsible for establishing good relationships with clients
- Assigned to get client’s commitment in setting an appointment with the Business Development Team of the company
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of College / 2-yr vocational course (any course)
- Have at least 1 year international BPO experience
- Enjoy the challenge of telemarketing
- Can build relationships with potential clients and turn them into sales leads
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills and orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Having a call center experience with outbound sales / upselling is a PLUS
- Amenable to work on graveyard shift (10pm – 8:30am) Mon – Fri. WEEKENDS OFF.
- Agreeable to be assigned in Paco, Manila
- Can work independently under minimum supervision
- Enjoy being part of a team in a busy environment
