Job Description
- Supervision of Customer Service Representatives
- Ensuring that the performance of the department exceeds expectations
- Assuring that statistic reporting and other administrative activities are performed within approved time frames and standards
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of working as a Call Center Supervisor is required for this position
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree, any field
- Must have used decision-making, organizational and problem solving skills as a routine part of daily activities in previous work experiences
- Knowledge of general business practices and principles is an advantage
- Proven leadership skills
- Amenable to be assigned in Cebu City
