Responsibilities
- Recruiting, hiring, and supervision of Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s).
- Ensuring that the performance of the department exceeds expectations.
- Assuring that statistic reporting and other administrative activities are performed within approved time frames and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of working as a Call Center Supervisor is required for this position;
- Must have used decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills as a routine part of daily activities;
- Knowledge of general business practices and principles is helpful;
- Proven leadership skills;
