Job Description

  • Conduct regular Sales DEP Audit.
  • Establish, maintain, and improve DEP checklist and Sales DEP database.
  • Consolidate results from other Retail Trade group.
  • Benchmark other programs equivalent to DEP.
  • Coordinate with HMC (Regional and head office) on DEP/Sales systems, processes, policies, and programs.
  • Coordinate with Dealer Development regarding Sales input to Dealer Scorecard.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Finance, or any related fields.
  • At least 3 years combined experience in business process development, business planning, and sales.
  • Background in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Produces accurate and reliable work outputs.
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and results-oriented.
