Voiceover Director  

Podcast Network Asia is seeking a talented and dedicated Voiceover Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire voiceover process for our audio dramas, ensuring high-quality recordings, sourcing affordable voice talents, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Voiceover Recordings: Coordinate and manage remote voiceover recording sessions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Source Affordable Voice Talents: Identify and recruit talented and affordable voice actors for various roles in our audio dramas.
- Analyze and Tweak Voiceover Scripts: Review and modify voiceover scripts to ensure they are engaging and suitable for audio dramas, enhancing the overall listening experience.
- Budget Management: Ensure all voiceover projects are completed within the allocated budget, finding cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Timely Delivery: Manage timelines and schedules to ensure all voiceover recordings are completed and delivered on time.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in voiceover direction, audio production, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of voiceover techniques and best practices for audio dramas.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with remote recording tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to review and enhance scripts for audio performance.
- Budget management experience is a plus.
