As a Chat Support Agent, you'll be part of a team working on a brand-new product. You will be tasked with keeping in regular contact with our clients and be their go-to person for any questions or concerns.
You will actively manage a group of customers on their journeys from getting implemented onward. You'll be the guide to our customers in understanding why customer experience is essential and how they can creatively address the needs of their users.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through proper channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing job orders, forms, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Media, Education or related field
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Attention to Detail
- Required experience in handling an account using chat and/or email channels.
- Must be comfortable with shifting schedules and graveyard shifts
