• Execution of complex SQL queries
• Utilize an automated test case framework to assist in testing of the product
• Defining the scope and objectives of various levels of QA testing
• Interviewing developers and other technical resource personnel to ensure the accuracy of all information presented
• Developing and executing software test plans, use cases, test scripts and scenarios
• Performing manual system tests and documenting test results
• Identifying and facilitating issue resolution with functional and technical groups
• Documenting the specifications, design, features and operation of applications
• Writing and editing user manuals, help systems and other technical documents
• Managing software beta test programs

Sr Quality Analyst - Manual (with 5 years exp. of Salesforce (SFDC))
PMQA

• Obtained a Bachelor’s or College degree in either of the following - Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology and/or related field
• At least five (5) years working experience in Quality Control and/or QA testing;
• Must be proficient in writing test cases and test scripts;
• Must have an experience in creating a test plan;
• Must have an in-depth understanding of Test Design Techniques, QA methodologies and SDLC;
• With extensive knowledge of QA testing tools, different test approaches, standards and process;
• Exposure in automated testing (record and playback, standard and customized checkpoints);
• Knowledge of basic SQL/Progress or other relational databases;
• Exposure in business operations related to manufacturing, distribution and financial operations will be an advantage
• Experience in various system development environment;
• Competitive analytical skills and advanced communicative competence;
