Job Description

• Own and facilitate scrum process and ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.)
• Enact change & continuous improvement to increase the productivity of the teams and quality of deliverables
• Work with tech leads and product managers to layout deliverables in upcoming sprints and releases, based on resourcing plans
• Coach the team in an organization where scrum is not yet fully adopted or understood
• Help empower teams to self-organize and grow cross-functionality
• Address issues as they arise and escalate to management if necessary
• Regularly communicate out and up on the delivery status of the team
• Continually grow knowledge about new tools and techniques to manage oneself and team
• When conflicts arise, facilitate discussion or different approaches

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of professional experience in a software project management or related role is required.
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation of data
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile software development best practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration, Agile Design, pair programming, eXtreme Programming (XP).
