Business Analyst and QA Tester (BA/QA)  

1.Designing quality review plan(s) and testing reports that correspond to business initiatives and processes.

2.Conducting oversight reviews of the line of business’s internal controls to ensure compliance with internal requirements.

3.Preparing and delivering business cases based on solid analysis and review findings.

4.Performing analysis of exceptions to identify root cause and systemic errors

Job Qualification

1. Has experience in writing Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Data Gathering (1-3 yrs)

2. Has experience in Quality Assurance work primarily writing effective Test Cases, Test Plans and executing the same.

3. Has experience in Defect tracking and management.

4. Fresh Graduates with similar experience/s during University projects or OJTs are welcome as well.

5. Bachelor’s Degree ECE ,Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course

6. With 1-4 years of experience with SDLC, Business and Systems Analyst, and/or Quality Assurance

7. With 1-4 years of experience with business needs assessment, requirements elicitation, business requirements analyst and documentation and solution assessment and validation.

8. Proficient in training and software manual testing

9. Knowledge in Regression testing,

10. With good management and communication skills11. Knowledgeable in Agile
