Job Description
- Successfully bridge the gap between business and technology, manage client resources, drive technical solutions to timely completion, and identify, analyze, and extract key data from heterogeneous systems
- Lead technical requirements gathering, data discovery, documentation, and implementation of assigned client integrations
- Support the development of software tools, processes, and procedures that radically reduce customer implementation cycle time and eliminate opportunities for deployment defects
- Leave clients elated-continual customer satisfaction is a requirement for this role
- Understand the needs of the business to ensure data supports client requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum four years data integration experience preferably within the healthcare industry
- Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server or other RDBMS (Relational Database Management System)perience
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience
- Cloverleaf Integration Engine experience
- Programming experience in at least one development environment (Python, Ruby, .Net etc.)
- Experience with non-Microsoft(Oracle, Informix, Progress, etc.) database systems
- Exposure to big data technologies (Pig, Hive, Impala, HDFS, HBase, etc.)
- Data analysis experience
- Ability to research and solve system and data integration issues
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Database development experience,
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ex
