Job Description
- Maintained Environment downtime dashboard to share to the stakeholders and include recommendation to reduce downtime
- Maintained Environment Calendar to show regular environment usage
- Test environment coordination and support including but not limited to downtime advisory, timesharing advisory and incident coordination
- Testbed environment timesharing management and conflict resolution on technical matters
- Develop process documents for monitoring test environments
- Develop activities to automate the tracking and configuration of test environments
- Monitor and guarantee uptime of test environments
- Provide assessment for onboarding of new projects to test environments
- Forecast environment requirements based on anticipated future demand from multiple application development teams.

Minimum Qualifications
- Has at least 4-5 years experience in Test Environment Management
- Has good knowledge on UNIX and SQL Database
- Has experience in environment infrastructure like on prem servers, cloud etc
- Has experience in Test Environment governance process and templates for the environment downtime, scheduling and booking
- Telecom Knowledge
- Has worked with Amdocs telecom products
- Has previous experience in Globe and its legacy applications
- Shell Scripting
