Manage each project’s scope and timeline

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

Coach team members in Agile frameworks

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

Help teams implement changes effectively

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

• Atleast 2 to 5 years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment where diligently applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean methods (Scrum, KanBan, XP and scaling frameworks like SAFe, Spotify, DAD, LeSS)
• Able to be in the mindset of co-creation with the team and internal clients.
• Excellent communication, stakeholders management and mentoring skills.

•Project management certification is a plus (e.g. Prince II, PMI, Agile/Scrum etc.)
• Agile certifications are a strong plus (Prince2 agile, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, SAFE…)
