Job Description

• Assist the Site Director with strategic site planning
• Continuously develops knowledge of products, processes, and procedures, and BPO trends to provide recommendations that improve
• the customer and client experience, employee satisfaction, and project/site performance
• Can manage and improve project performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures
• Ensures that staff performance reviews are consistently conducted, assesses employee’s needs, articulates cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments
• Can maintain an open line of communication between employees and senior management
• Responsible for all aspects of operations including but not limited to monitoring of staffing, temporary coverage and training, delivering excellent client service, and resolving problems that may arise
• Provides leadership, direction, and career development to managers and their respective teams
• Ensures Managers support their teams by training, motivating, and coaching their leaders on the essential skills to ensure that each team member has the tools and well-equipped for them to be successful with their job and provides guidance in the implementation of action plans to carry out the objectives and performance expectations
• Drive initiatives in the management team and within the organization to contribute to a long-term operational excellence
• Strengthening relations with Clients and Team Members by establishing and maintaining good communication, understanding the needs, resolve issues and meet or even exceed expectations
• Impacting the bottom line by producing solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports, analysis, and keen observations
• Improve the company by making recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency Empower the workforce by determining training needs to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge
• Have a thorough understanding of the various system tools and operational procedures utilized within the program
• Conduct all defined and required process compliance and adherence to all team members, partners, and third-party providers
• Collaborate with stakeholder/s on a real-time basis for changes on promotions and updates
• Collaborates and cooperates with Operations functional areas: Training and Quality, Workforce and Client Services
• Review Manpower resources and Capacity Planning plus provides significant input and recommendation to support the Business
• Works with Human Resources and leadership teams to ensure all policies and procedures are consistently and fairly applied
• Involved in the Recruitment Process

Minimum Qualifications

• With at least 5 years of operations management experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Establishes strong leadership presence within the department and site
• Sell-motivated, action orient, and results-driven
• Possess high integrity, professional, courageous and have resilient attitude
• Can multitask with ease and proficiency
• Has a vast knowledge of the Medical Coding industry
• Has the ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
• Has the ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Has the ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in the area of expertise
