Job Description
Role/Responsibilities:
- Acts as Solutions Designer and drive the solutioning, assessment of requirements during project implementation phases and activities (SAP and integrating systems to SAP)
- Understands business requirements and processes and is able to translate it to technical language - vice versa.
- Creates and updates solution documents, functional specifications and/or technical specifications.
- Ensures that business requirement, configuration documents, business approvals and solution sign offs are accurate and complete
- Works with project team to present SAP best practice solutions to business stakeholders
- Actively contributes to solutioning through self-study, collaborative meetings, and project participation
- Validates results through testing and investigations
- Facilitates discussion through meetings in his/her area
- Provides assistance and support to business groups throughout project activities
- Analyzing, identifying and communicating gaps in business requirements
- Manages configuration and business analysis of his/her solution
- Reports and aligns tasks to his/her supervisor, ES leads and Domain leader
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO project delivery and operations (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Controlling)
- Must have at least 3 years of project implementation experience, from solutioning, blueprinting until transition and post go live support
- Treasury knowledge is a plus (SAP Treasury and Risk Management - SAP TRM)
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of IT, Support, Business Analysis and/or Finance operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experienced with cloud solutions, SAP ERP systems, systems integrations or coding platforms
- "Can Do” attitude
- Strong time management capabilities
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
