• Crafting and Monitoring total project network
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and address roadblocks • Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of the project
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Stakeholders engagement on project design, benefits and resources needed
• Cross-function, Customer, Steercom and Governance team project updates on developments and issues
• Report and escalate to management as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a college/university or its equivalent qualification in Information Technology.
- At least 8 years of solid experience in information technology as a Program/Project Manager.
- Experience in banking/credit card operations environment required.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in managing 3rd parties, vendors and/or service providers.
