Tableau Admin  

Report Developer in D& I will be expected to Maintain BI System in Globe.

Team member is expected to have regular communication with Globe Leads regarding BI Solution Implementation and its Performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, configuration and administration of the Tableau server and client applications.
• Establishing best practice methodologies for the administration of the Tableau platform.
• Design and development of the BI/Tableau data infrastructure,
• Data source creation, security (user access),
• change control of Tableau objects and overall Tableau support.
• Perform day to day administration of Tableau Servers in Citrix environment:
  • manage sites and projects
  • configure and manage project permissions
  • provide periodic reports on Tableau Server usage
• Configure and maintain Active Directory integration with Tableau Server
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign On (SSO) issues for Tableau Server
• Provide 2nd tier support to user community on various Tableau Server and Desktop issues
• Create Tableau related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Technical Skills:

· Minimum 3 years of Tableau Server administration

· knowledge of Tableau architecture

· Proficient in Tableau command line utility

· Good understanding of database concepts including writing SQL statements

· Experience with Citrix and Citrix virtual desktop environment

· Development experience in the Tableau environment

· Excellent understanding of Active Directory, DNS, Load Balancer and Network firewall

· Experience configuring Single Sign-on (SSO) with SAML authentication
