Hadoop Developer  

A Big data Hadoop Ops Developer in D& I will be expected to Maintain Hadoop Clusters in Glober Datalake 1000+ Jobs.

Key responsibilities:

• Should have Hands on Experience of handling Datalake Operation activities on Cloudera Platform.
• Developer should have expertise and experience on Troubleshooting Hadoop Production issues.
• Create partnership with project stakeholders to provide technical assistance regarding important decisions
• Developing Unix Shell scripts
• Basic understating of Hadoop Technologies such as Pig ,Hive ,Hbase ,HDFS.
• Should able to analyze the issues on Hadoop Systems.
• Managing scheduling with TWS scheduler.
• Providing Support for Upgrade of Hadoop Versions, Patching of Clusters.
• Maintain High Performance of Cluster.
• Hadoop Clusters planning and screening
• Linux OS patching support

Technical Skills:

Mandatory Skills

· 3+ years of Experience of handling Datalake BIGData Production Operation activities

· 2+ years of Experience of working on Linux/Unix System with Hadoop

· Excellent understanding with Hadoop, HBase, Hive, Pig,Kafka,Spark

· Understanding of Hadoop Architecture

· Extensive Experience of working on Yarn

. Hands on experience in Oozie, HCatalog.

Good to Have

· Handled Admin of Hadoop clusters with 500+ Nodes.

. Strong scripting skills in Linux environment.

. Proficient with a programming language, likely Java

. Basic understanding of hardware internals
