Site Supervisor  

• Oversee the timely and cost-effective implementation of the project
• Arrange and coordinate all permitting requirements, manage sub-contractors and/or workers on site
• Communicate and report all site progress to customer and management
• Ensure safety practices and EHS policies are strictly enforced
• Analyze and Interpret engineering drawings (DDD) and execute plans on site according to customer’s Civil/Mechanical/Electrical standards
• Review and validate as-built drawings and BOQ
• Reconcile all issued materials and manage material orders and deliveries in alignment with schedules
• Ensure all project documentation is done according to customer requirements
• Liaise with colleagues, AutoCAD operators and SAQ leads on project requirements and deliverables
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standard is met
• Represent company on site and in the field in Kick-off Meetings (KoM) and PAT activities
• Perform site hunting and negotiate with prospective lessors on matters of contractual and legal documentation
• Perform joint site visits/surveys with different customer teams to finalize site candidate
• Liaise with Barangay Level, LGU and National Agencies in terms of permitting and local requirements
• Oversee the complete Site Acquisition processes and formalities for the site assigned
• Recommend initiatives and processes for the team’s improvement in performance
• Fostering teamwork and synergy among internal teams

Work Location: Cebu and Palawan

• 3-5 years of related working experience required
• BS/MS Degree in Civil, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or relevant fields
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (knowledge in MS Projects a plus)
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD SW a plus
• Good working knowledge of construction methodology for telecom tower, foundation construction and tower erection
• Good working knowledge of Telecom Electrical provisioning and standards
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and create as-built prints and BOQ
• Knowledgeable in local codes and standards
• A good understanding of safety procedures and EHS standards
• Highly analytical and results-oriented
• Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to travel/perform site visit/with valid driver’s license
• Experience working with PH MNO and/or Major Telecom Vendor is a plus
• Articulate and with exceptional negotiation skills
• Knowledgeable in Site Acquisition processes and formalities
