Job Description - Overview:
We are seeking senior C++ professional developers to develop highly scalable software
solutions to improve the functionality of core banking systems. As part of a large digital
transformation initiative, the core banking systems will be re-engineered and modernized. There is an opportunity for senior C++ developers to become conversant and learn Finacle (Infosys) and Guava treasury systems and be able to add value to the core banking transformation program.

Key Job Functions and Duties:
➢ Develops and support customizations of core banking systems such as Finacle and Guava Treasury systems.
➢ Work with other programmers to develop applications for core banking systems that will process millions of records per day, including what key features system users, require in the system as well as integration strategies to update existing core banking systems that will transition into the future system build.
➢ Program and design will adhere to C++ principals and object-oriented design.
➢ Experience in developing software in Financial services environments that are technically complex and commercially successful.
➢ Recommend software solutions to emerging needs in banking functionality and reportability.

solutions. Desired Experience & Qualities
➢ Over 5 years of C++/Visual C++ development experience required.
➢ Microsoft Visual Studio and/or Microsoft Visual C++ 6.00, Win32 SDK a plus.
➢ Knowledge of design patterns and OOP design practices.
➢ Java, AJAX and SAP NetWeaver Portal knowledge a plus.
➢ Over 5 years of C++/Visual C++ development experience required.
➢ Strong knowledge of version control (i.e. GIT, SVN, etc.)

Qualifications and Accreditations:
➢ Deep experience of Java, Python, Ruby and Visual Basic .NET is desirable

Reporting structure:
The Senior C++ programmer reports to the Core Banking Systems lead.
