Job Description
The RPA Solution Lead will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying and implementing automation solutions. Works with customers and partners in identifying and designing appropriate automation workflows. Responsible for implementing the full life cycle of RPA solutions: identifying automation opportunities, gather requirements, implement, test and deploy targeted automation solutions using industry leading RPA tools. Design, document, develop and execute test automation plans from business requirements.
Key Job Functions and Duties:
- Analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility.
- Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
- Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions.
- Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand using industry leading RPA tools.
- Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Client's RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to develop solutions to automate the business process using RPA platforms, and other available products and utilities.
- Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment in UiPATH or similar tool.
- Experience in VB Script, JavaScript (AngularJS, NodeJS), Python, Perl, Bash & PowerShell is highly desired.
- Object Oriented Programming knowledge
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills and be result oriented.
- Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Good functional and technical knowledge on Retail Banking business solutions
- Serve as point of contact with testers to resolve issues that require changes to functionality or functional solution.
- Ability to translate a user defined business process into a logical workflow and/ or procedural documentation.
Desired Experience & Qualities:
- A seasoned software professional with more than 5 years of programming experience in any one of the popular programming languages: - .NET (C#, C++ or VB) and Java / JavaScript.
- Experience working in the Financial Services industry and understands the business processes and the technical architecture of the solutions.
- Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
- Experience leading a team of developers and testers to implement automation solutions.
- Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
- Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to create a vision for RPA. Qualifications and Accreditations:
- UiPATH RPA Advanced Developer Certification preferred
- Automation Anywhere (or Blue Prism) Developer Certification
- Professional Cloud Solutions Architect Certification is a plus
