RPG Developer  

• Provides high level assessment for application system change requirements and technical inputs for user requirements during the preparation of impact document and business case documents.
• Collaborates with Business Analysts to provide design inputs and estimates in the preparation of requirements documents.
• Documents system design and program specification in technical design documents.
• Writes programs and codes based on approved technical design documents
• Develop prototypes as needed.
• Conducts unit testing on written codes to ensure program performance per design at the unit level.
• Coordinates with vendors or conducts its own investigation and resolution of errors reported during SIT and UAT.
• Maintain the systems once they are up and running in production, and perform production fixes or application enhancements as needed.
• Performs the above function in compliance with software development lifecycle standards of the company.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

• Minimum 2 years' experience using JDA/MMS application
• At least 6-8 years' work experience in RPG/RPGLE/SQLRPGLE & CLP on AS400
• Familiar with Connect:Direct file transfer, Control-M job scheduling, MQ setup
• Experience with proper debugging tools and techniques of interactive and batch jobs
• Expert skills and experience in data migration, integration, and transformation methods
• Ability to write technical documents
• Sub Procedures and Stored Procedures
• Can work independently
• Good programming skills
• Good communication & documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree graduate
• Hybrid setup. Willing to report on-site if needed. (Eastwood, Libis)
