Job Description

  • Responsible for all aspects of the HRM activities.
  • Responsible for the following areas: Sourcing and Recruitment, Performance Measurement and Evaluation, Training and Development, Career Path and Succession Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Policy Creation, Labour Relations and Compliance, Personnel Administration and Payroll etc.
  • Provide strategic HR partnership to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and expert advice to line managers on HR matters.
  • Develop a comprehensive recruitment process through multiple channels with a correct testing, interviewing and selection process; Ensure successful placement of all roles within a defined timeframe.
  • Partner with the business to develop new employee on-boarding programs; update these on-boarding programs to meet evolving business needs.
  • Assist line managers and employees to create Job Descriptions for all roles at SpinifexIT; create job levels for the entire company with a correct spacing and appropriate salary range for the job levels; educate line managers on the job levels and ensure correct assignment of job levels.
  • Develop, review and implement HR policy and procedures and ensure the HR policy and procedures
  • Manage employee relationships; ensure that the business is made aware of critical personnel risks, and drive action plans to resolve these risks; influence dispute resolution to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Oversee service delivery and day-to-day operations of the HR function; manage and mentor team and implement new work methods and procedures of the HR function; recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency and ensure appropriate implementation of decisions made by senior management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A College/Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field
  • With at least 10 years cumulative experience in Human Resources
  • With 10 years of experience in handling Compensation & Benefits/ Employee Relations, Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Development
  • With at least 5 years experience as HR Generalist in a managerial role
  • Experience in setting up the HR function and executing HR transformation initiatives
  • Has excellent English communication skills
  • Preferably with experience working in multinational payroll, BPO or shared services company
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Code and Payroll system
  • Has a strong personality and can deal with different people
  • Can start immediately
  • This is for full time and direct employment
  • Willing to work in Taguig City
