Job Description
- Fulfill a business partnership and leadership role in managing the company’s financials in order to drive corporate profitability and achieve overall business objectives.
- Responsible for driving the financial policy, process and services (financial accounting, management accounting, and possibly internal audit ) of the organization in order to drive corporate profitability and achieve the overall business objectives.
- Responsible for ensuring effective financial and management accounting across the organization through the management and development of financial controls and systems within the Finance department and across the organization; preparation, development, and analysis of management accounting and other financial and reporting information, and the provision of timely, accurate and high quality financial / management information, support and advice services to senior leaders/executives, managers and other staff employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 years of extensive experience in financial management, corporate investment management, and accounting processes
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve the department's goals
- Proven skills to rally colleagues to achieve corporate financial targets as a team
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
