Job Description
The Change Manager & Training Coordinator shall be taked with the following responsiblities:
- Assist with the creation of change management strategy and plan, apply a structured methodology and support change management activities.
- Develop and maintain change/project plans to ensure sustainable change. Manage change management milestone and timeliness to ensure completion of project within acceptable risk.
- Ensure approval of all change plan deliverables in alignment with stakeholders
- Refine project execution and plans using change / project management standards and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Male/Female
- At least 3 years of work experience in an IT environment creating user manuals and training materials of systems
- Strong project management skills and technical writing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
