The Building & Maintenance Manager shall be tasked to handle all site preparation issues, inspection of building and structures, etc. for proper repairs and periodic mainteance. He shall manage on-going constructions, rehabilitation and installations and coordinate closely with contractors for such engineering works.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
- With at least 5 years of experience in building construction and maintenance
- Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel within the country
