Job Description
The Collections Supervisor shall oversee the Revenue and Collection Section through the:
- accurate and timely recording, classification, summarization, interpretation and reporting of financial data;
- control, monitoring and timely collection of accounts receivable
- preparation of periodic reports including but not limited to daily revenue/collection report and forecast, revenue analysis and trends, past due balances and high risks accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- Male or Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Finance/Accountancy, Banking or Financial Accounting
- Preferably with 5-7 year of working experience, at least 3 of which in a supervisory capacity in collections
- Self starter with less supervision required
- Proficient in Access, Excel and accounting software
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, flexible and with good analytical skills
