Managing Director - Digital Media Company  

The Managing Director is primarily responsbile for the management of overall operations of the digital media company by:

- managing all senior relationships in major accounts

- driving the team to acquire new businesses and maintain existing ones through superior client servicing and consistent timely delivery of output

- Overseeing the profitablity of accounts and ensuring the integration and process flow through strategic planning, investment and analytics functions

• At least 5 years as Director handling major accounts in a digital media company
• Broad background, exposure to and experience in the entire research, planning and implementation process, particularly for the digital platform
• Strong problem-solving skills, authority in cross-agency cross-cultural situations
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure
• Excellent Time management skills
• Significant experience at all levels of agency-client relationships
• Possesses the passion to mentor and coach new and young advertising professional
