Job Description
The Managing Director is primarily responsbile for the management of overall operations of the digital media company by:
- managing all senior relationships in major accounts
- driving the team to acquire new businesses and maintain existing ones through superior client servicing and consistent timely delivery of output
- Overseeing the profitablity of accounts and ensuring the integration and process flow through strategic planning, investment and analytics functions
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years as Director handling major accounts in a digital media company
- Broad background, exposure to and experience in the entire research, planning and implementation process, particularly for the digital platform
- Strong problem-solving skills, authority in cross-agency cross-cultural situations
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure
- Excellent Time management skills
- Significant experience at all levels of agency-client relationships
- Possesses the passion to mentor and coach new and young advertising professional
