Job Description
- Manages daily restaurant operations and assists with:
- menu planning
- maintains sanitation standards
- assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods
- Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 2 years experience as Restaurant Manager in a fast-food or casual dining restaurant
- Able to foster a positive team atmosphere among team members
- Able to relate well with different types of customers
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
