Job Description
- Responsible to run the staff when the manager is not on duty.
- Guides team members through their daily routines and interacts with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience.
- Acts as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year as Shift Supervisor / Team Leader
- Able to work well in a team; able to lead and encourage the team toward excellent performance of individual and team responsibilities
- Willing to work on shifts and during weekends; work long hours, if necessary
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
