Job Description
The NOC Shift Lead shall be responsible for the daily supervision of the NOC to ensure that all contractual requirements are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Male/female
- At least 3 years experience in managing an NOC or a service desk function
- Functional understanding of network support, systems administrations and database activities.
- Reports generation with proficiency in Microsoft products including advance Excel and Power point.
- Working experience in supporting 24x7 mission critical network and server operations with familiarity to Ticketing system.
- Adaptability to changing project and departmental priorities.
- Able to work in shifting schedule and overtime, when necessary
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong team orientation, open-minded and able to listen to other’s ideas
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
