The VP for Corporate Human Resources shall partner with Top Management to craft HR initiatives that will support business goals. He/she shall be responsible in steering the HR corporate and affiliate groups into functioning effectively in roder to deliver HR services to the entire company.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 years of substantial strategic human resources experience covering OD, training, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management in a managerial capacity in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to relate well with people across all levels.
- Residents of or willing to relocate to Bicol.
