Job Description
The Marketing Manager shall:
- Lead, coach, mentor, and counsel staffs.
- Direct implementation and achievement of long-term and annual sales,
- Direct market contribution and market share objectives of products by overseeing general sales operations, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Ensure overall performance of existing and new products / services in terms of sales revenues, sales volume, expense management and bottom line profitability consistent with company policies and regulatory procedures.
- Required to operate on a profit basis within the framework of policies, objectives, and budgets.
Minimum Qualifications
The Client is a large local company based in Manila and is engaged in the sales and distribution of heavy equipment.
- Preferably, with Masters degree in Business Administration/Management
- With at least 10 years experience in marketing strategy and execution, preferably in the same industry or related business
- Possesses strong leadership abilities, strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
