The AVP - Systems Development is responsible for overall leadership and day-to-day management of multiple teams of software development professionals who design, develop, test and support applications to meet business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Male/Female
- At least 15 years of experience in the development, testing and support of various systems, at least 5 of which leading a team of Developers and Support Engineers
- Must posses deep technical knowledge of various application platforms
- Must possess strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
