Job Description
- Properly maintain the hotel’s equipment and building facilities through the implementation of technical, carpentry, masonry and plumbing services.
- Hotel maintenance and repair workers typically work on electrical, plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning systems, as well as minor construction, repair and painting jobs.
- Hotel maintenance staff are also typically responsible for scheduling regular inspections of electrical equipment and/or elevators
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of vocational/technical course or BS Engineering undergraduate.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the repair and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment, refrigeration and air-conditioning units, generators, circulating pumps, fans and blowers.
- Computer literate. Keen attention to details, systematic and analytical.
- Resourceful, generates various work plans and formulates sound decisions when need arises.
- Preferably, Male
