Job Description
- Achieve annual sales target set by management
- Prepares Letter of Intent / Letter Offer in accordance to the owner and tenant’s / buyers conditions
- Prepares Contract of Lease, Contract to Sell and Deed of Absolute Sale, and provide Finance a copy of these documents once completed and signed
- Submit request for invoice to Finance / Accounting
- Attend weekly meetings on time
- Be prepared for the meetings based on the given agenda
- Schedule a minimum of ten (10) viewings per week
- Meet the minimum target of brand new co-broker deals
- Accomplish a pre and post viewing support
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience as a real estate broker (Commercial)
- Candidates with existing sales and network contacts are an advantage.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker, a plus
- Proactive mentality, dynamic, driven and motivated
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
