Job Description
As People & Culture Officer, you play a key part in Hometime’s human capital initiatives as well as in organization design and development. You will be assisting with the planning and execution of all aspects of the talent management cycle, including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, orientation, capacity building, staff engagement, development, performance management, and policy design & administration.
The finer details:
- 5 days per week, may include some weekend work, and some co-located work
- Must be based within the Greater Manila Area for occasional co-location and better collaboration

Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- At least 5 years of work experience in a professional setting, with at least 2 years served in a senior capacity.
- Strong experience in Human Capital Management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and lateral thinking
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships through spoken and written communication
- Fun loving attitude
