Job Description
- Will be in charge of assisting Walk in and Corporate Clients
- To handle individual projects
- To close deals and handle negotiation of personal clients
- Assist clients with space planning, cololr schemes and selection of finishes
- To give interior design advices
- To coordinate with interior design firms and FF&E.
- Will be drafting quotations and making furniture production plans and drawings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max, Adobe PhotoShop, Cad, Sketch up.
- Preferably With Experience, specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Preferably with Sales background
- With pleasing personality & charismatic
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Madaluyong City
- Must be willing do field work.
- Must be willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule
- English proficiency is a must ( both written and oral )
