As part of our growth, your tasks will be:
- Development of new software according to business requirements
- Development of data-marts for departments within the company
- Help write and optimize in-application SQL statements
- Maintenance and monitoring of the databases used
- Preparation of development documentation, engagement in operation manuals and training materials
- Collaboration with analytics, application specialists, project managers and IT helpdesk
- Participating on interesting projects and innovations that help company grow
- Becoming a recognized team member in a friendly and agile environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must reach at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- 3-4 years of working experience in IT is recommended, but not obligatory.
- Analytical problem solver, detail oriented and organized
- Experience with shell scripting, PL/SQL programming, data normalization, data visualization
- Experience with MySQL and/or Oracle and/or Postgres databases
- Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements
- Hands on experience of UNIX based systems
- Knowledge of the whole development lifecycle, deployment including
- Experience in development manuals and documentation creation, ER modeling
