Job Description
- Responsible to manage Corporate Learning program, including design process (Policy, SOP, TNA, Catalogue), budgeting, implementation and evaluation to meet the business needs.
- Manage the deployment of induction and Onboarding program for new hire to accelerate the adjustment of new hire to its role.
- Oversees and monitor functional training standard implementation to maintain the quality and possibility of improvement.
- Assesses and aligns the match between training courses and company’s strategies or business objective to meet the effectiveness of training.
- Embrace corporate culture/values process through communication and campaign, including monitoring the program
- Productivity Analysis Report of each function/unit on quarterly basis
- Submission of regular report to his/her superior on talent, performance management, productivity and corporate culture.
- Regular communication with HQ on Talent Strategy /Initiatives/Best Practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
