Job Description
- Evaluate past, current and future call volumes and build staffing model to address peaks and vaileys during operational Business.
- Partner with analytic, product, program, operations and technology teams to reduce last mile service defects.
- Communicates the status of initiatives.
- Implement and run WFMS to improve adhenrence / efficiency of Telesales.
- Acts as Ambassador for measurement, accountability and a disciplined approach to process improvement throughtout the Telesales.
- Established mechanism for planning, completing and monitoring process changes for projects, pre-acquisitions and/or post-acquisitions including the assessment of returns (productivity, growth, etc)
- Works with employess at all levels in Telesales, on functional objectives and assessing the current processes performed within and among functional area which support these objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Has experience 1 year in process imprvement.
- Has experience 1 year in doing schedulling in telesales or call center.
- Preferable background working in Telesales or Call Center area.
