Job Description
- Source candidates for positions to be filled.
- Conduct end to end process in recruitment.
- Build candidate database.
- Conduct offering process to candidates.
- Make offering letter for candidates.
- Input new joiners data.
- Make daily, weekly, monthly hiring reports in MS Excel and Recruitment systems.
- Participate in employer branding activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced 2 years in mass recruitment (more than 20 headcounts per month).
- Experienced in recruiting positions such as Collector, Call Center, Sales Supervisor.
- Graduated from Psychology is preferable.
- Used to work under tight deadlines.
- Able to make & deliver high quality reports in MS Excel.
- Quickly adapts to new software.
- Willing to source candidates outside the office.
- English fluency is required.
