Job Description
CX Quality Officer will be actively involved in shaping customer-centric culture through several regular activities related to improving customer service quality.
- Regular quality check of Telesales, Pre-collection, Operation Inbound, CRS Inbound to gather data & information related to customer service quality.
- Provide suggestions for improvements based on the result of the reports that collected from related function and customer
- Executing customer survey (by phone or face to face) based on marketing concept to gather data needed for customer experience activity, including calling to customers, staffs, and Partners.
- Communicate to related function, in order to help improving their process quality for customer base on customer experience recommendation
- Actively involved in improvement, recognition, or other customer experience initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Experienced in quality assurance in call center or customer service industry will be an advantage.
- English proficiency, verbal and written.
- Orientation towards results.
- Tend to be detail and accurate.
- Proactive, Discipline, Independent.
- Excellent time management.
