Job Description
- Conduct litigation role and support handling on legal matters related to the respective functions such as HR, GA/Facility, Procurement, Security, Risk and other relevant function to be proceed properly and comply with prevailing laws and regulations.
- Provide legal support in connection with legal opinion, contract drafting/ review or preparing agreements, legal documents, and internal policies/ procedures to ensure comply with prevailing laws and regulations.
- Actively involved in the specific projects in supporting company’s business model.
- Liaise with relevant function to ensure that were legal risk have been identified is handle properly,
- Establish a good relationship with relevant external parties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree major in Law
- Having 3-6 years’ experience (working in law firm or legal department in financial industry is highly recommended)
- Having Advocate License
- Exposure in legal operations and litigation
- Detail oriented
- Having a good communication skill (spoken and written), both in Bahasa and English
