Job Description
- Analyze existing processes, work with data analysis, to get potential improvements of the processes, using structured measurement with process improvement methodology
- Analyzes process requirements, designs best possible process, documents to sufficient level of detail using MS office suite programs as well as other tools
- To asses the improvement result , get lesson learned and plan for next improvement plan.
- Cooperates with other functions - Risk, IT, Sales, QM, Legal and others as required to identify any issues in current processes and proposes how to fix them
- Cooperate with Trainers to design re-fresher trainings or address gaps in process knowledge and or to standardize process knowledge
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably in Management and Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in process management/improvement, preferably in Multifinance background
- Experienced in process improvement implementation cycle: starting from analysis to implementation
- Proficient in English
