Job Description
- Execute, work and facilitate the organization portfolio/initiatives/program delivery in the organization: within/across business streams and teams towards company strategy and Objective Key Result (OKR)
- Provide assistance in organizing and executing Strategic Initiatives planning forum in accordance to the governance
- Monitor, provide the transparency of the progress of strategic initiatives delivery within his/her program
- Work closely with business owners, stream owners, product owners, product managers and release manager to plan, align and coordinate the delivery
- Lead and coordinate agile development and ways of working across several teams from ideation concept to launch to market (release) delivery
- Lead and facilitate scrum of scrum or similar events to manage interdependency across teams inside and outside the organization
- Work closely with Agile coaches to apply the Agile mindset and approaches during the program delivery
- Follow and adopt the Agile approaches and methodology for the Agile product delivery
- Execute Agile program management in the organization and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Run multiple project management up to medium scale for a cleared defined scope project based on demand and requests with minimum supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience and role with project management
- Prior experience working in an Agile organization or with Agile teams
- Experience as Project Manager/ Agile Coach/ Product Manager
- Hold the Certifications of Prince 2 and PSM I will be a plus
- Excellent presentation, communication skills and written communication in English and able to speak with stakeholders of different levels
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
