Job Description
- Work closely with stakeholders across digital marketing, brand, product, business and alliances to build a strong, locally relevant company brand in digital channel
- Be the strategic co-leader in working with internal/external partners on digital marketing development, oversee the Social & Content Marketing media budget, and ensure a cohesive brand proposition is presented to our customers
- Plan social media campaigns (communications, contest etc.) in line with the strategy, research data, organizational objectives and budget allocations
- Maintain company's PR image on social media
- Be a brand guardian on social media, to maintain and build company unique branding
- Create dynamic content and video strategy, create and manage the content calendar
- Develop digital / online influencer network to grown company brand's visibility
- Own the content development relationships with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, influencer, bloggers, affiliate marketing and other primary/key partnership
- Build strong partnership with social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter & TikTok, as well as seek out and develop new and emerging platforms that can help grow customer base for the Home Credit Indonesia.
- Maintain our customer direct message waiting time and working closely with Operations team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Advertising & Communications / Business Administration; MBA a plus
- 3+ years of relevant Social Media & Content marketing experience
- Proven experience planning and developing digital brand and media campaigns across key channels that support customer acquisition objectives
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing methods and strategies; experience planning, developing and executing complex digital marketing programs
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written in English, with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization—across business, marketing, content, product and finance teams
- Hands-on knowledge of various social media reporting tools like Social Bakers, Ripple10, Meltwater, Unmetric, Talkwalker or any other social analytics & listening tools will be an added advantage
- Comfort with navigating and leading in ambiguous situations; able to operate in a start-up environment, where leaders are owners, wear multiple hats, and effortlessly think and act both strategically and tactically
- Proven track record using data-driven insights and translating into brilliant business-driving communication solutions
- Great breakthrough creative instincts and proficiency with developing test plans to validate hypotheses
- Like getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
