Job Description

1. Research and Initiate business initiatives for GGG program

2. Building continous engagement with GOER through regular FGD, survey and another engagement activities

3. Preparation over the launching of new SAI product (related with process, communication video, training finalization with Helpline Team

4. Monitoring the execution of BAU activities - payment, complaint handling and document registration handling and initiate the improvement of the process

Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, especially in Financial Services/Bank/Insurance

- Has the experience in Kaizen / LEAN / Six Sigma implementation will be an advantage

- Strong background in business improvement initiatives

- Proficient in English
