Job Description
- Take ownership of external talent mapping from sourcing high-potential players for future pipeline as proactive hiring and develop a strategic plan to fill identified skills and talent gaps.
- Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment process from entry to executive level positions.
- Build and maintain sourcing channels to make sure fulfilling candidates is on track and the whole recruitment process aligns with the SLA.
- Create and maintain relationships with stakeholder, other business and HR functions through strategic partnerships.
- Be involved in every project led by recruitment and be a change agent and ambassador for a better HR Branding.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 4 year(s) of relevant working experience in Corporate / Executive hiring and talent mapping.
- Proven experience of recruiting for various levels of talent and roles in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent 360-degree communication skills, relationship management and consultative skills, including negotiation and presentation.
- High-level of digital savviness and can quickly adapt with new technology systems.
- Having broad network and connection in banking and financial industry is preferred.
- Solid experience in talent mapping process and benchmarking will a definite plus.
- Someone who’s resilient, able to adapt with agile environment and is innovative will be a perfect match for this role.
